The application offers a one-touch feature that connects users to live interpreters in over 180 languages and dialects, providing a streamlined process for multilingual interactions.

Additionally, ELSA Lite offers immediate access to specialized support such as a Spanish Hotline and a call center capable of connecting users with interpreters in other encountered languages. The platform incorporates two supplementary features that enhance cross-cultural communication: the automated language identification system and cultural communication tips.

• The language identification system allows users to display a list of languages in both English and the target script, facilitating quick recognition of the language spoken by the other party. Once identified, users can promptly request an interpreter through RTT Mobile.
• The cultural communication tips provide insights into over 180 cultures, equipping users with valuable information to foster more professional and effective interactions before engaging with individuals from different backgrounds.

Access to interpreter services via ELSA Lite requires an organizational service agreement with RTT Mobile Interpretation. Conversely, the language identification and cultural tips features are freely available for individual use at any time.
